Schwarz's Supper Club is a family-owned business that has been serving the community for generations. It was founded by Ziggy and Evelyn Schwarz in 1957, as a small country tavern. The Supper Club has since undergone several changes of ownership with each generation successfully maintaining the business and keeping it in the family. John, son of Ziggy and Evelyn, was the second-generation owner. He, along with his wife Lisa, owned and operated the Supper Club for many years. Charley, John's son, also successfully owned and operated the business with his wife Stephanie. Today, Lisa and Stephanie. along with their family, are the proud owners and operators of Schwarz's Supper Club. One of the unique features of Schwarz's Supper Club is its exceptional employees, many of whom are like family. The Supper Club has a rich history of employing excellent workers, with some employees belonging to the second and third generations. This is a testament to the family-oriented nature of the business, as well as its commitment to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers. Schwarz's Old Fashioned - with your choice of whiskey or brandy, a swirl of old-fashioned mix, topped with sweet or sour soda and garnished to your liking.
Schwarz's goes through a ton of meat each week, 900 pounds of that is prime rib. Steaks are hand cut, in house, one (1) inch thick and topped with the Schwarz's Family blend of seasonings.
Grandma Schwarz's Pickled Mushrooms: a secret family recipe is a sweetened and pickled mushrooms enjoyed in Old Fashioneds. The Supper Club uses about 10 pounds of pickled mushrooms each week.

Cut in house with a meat saw, the Porterhouse and T-bone steaks also have a tail on them for extra meat, which you really can't find in stores.

With two large dining rooms - The Supper Club can seat up to 160 people at one time.
Schwarz's Supper Club onion rings are a homemade specialty. Onion rings are hand cut, lightly breaded and deep fried to perfection.
Schwarz's Supper Club does NOT accept reservations. When you arrive, you will be given menus. Your name and dinner order will be taken at the same time in the bar/waiting area. When your table is ready, your name will be called to the dining room. When you arrive at your table, your dinner salad, relish tray and bun basket will be waiting. Shortly after, your dinner will be delivered to your table.
